What happens if we go over our runs?
Nothing stops. Runs above your plan are billed at $0.20 each at the end of the month, and we’ll suggest a plan change if it happens two months in a row.
Can we change plans later?
Yes. Upgrades apply right away and are prorated. Downgrades apply at the next renewal.
Will you complete our security questionnaire?
Yes, on every plan. Most teams start with our security pack (SOC 2 Type II report, ISO 27001 certificate and penetration test summary), which answers most questionnaires.
What does an Enterprise contract include?
Custom run volume, single-tenant hosting if you need it, a dedicated deployment team, a 99.9% uptime commitment, and our standard DPA and BAA. We also review your own paper.
What happens to our data if we leave?
You can export everything, including the full Run Log, at any time. When a contract ends, we delete your data within 30 days and confirm it in writing.
Is the pilot fee refundable?
No, it pays for the deployment work. If you continue, the full $6,000 is credited to your first year.
