Who we are. Wardlow, Inc. (“Wardlow”, “we”) runs getwardlow.com. This notice explains what we collect when you use this website or contact us. How we handle customer data inside the Wardlow platform is set out in each customer’s agreement and our data processing agreement.
What we collect. • Information you give us: your name, work email, company, company size and anything you write in a form or email. • Information collected automatically: pages visited, approximate location from your IP address, device and browser type, and how you arrived at the site. We collect this with analytics cookies only if you allow them.
How we use it. To reply to you, arrange and run demos, send the newsletter you asked for, improve the site, and keep it secure. We don’t sell personal information, and we don’t use it to train models.
Legal bases (EU and UK visitors). Your consent (analytics cookies, newsletter), our legitimate interest in replying to business enquiries and running the site, and steps you ask us to take before a contract.
Who we share it with. Service providers who host the site, deliver email and run analytics for us, under contracts that limit their use of it. We may also disclose information when the law requires it.
How long we keep it. Enquiries and demo requests for 2 years after our last contact; newsletter details until you unsubscribe; analytics data for 14 months.
Your rights. Depending on where you live, you can ask to access, correct, delete or export your information, or object to how we use it. Email privacy@getwardlow.com and we’ll reply within 30 days. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.
International transfers. We are based in the United States. When information moves from the EU or UK to the US, we rely on standard contractual clauses.

Terms of Service
These terms cover your use of getwardlow.com. Use of the Wardlow platform is governed by your order form and master subscription agreement.
Using the site. You may browse and share the site for lawful purposes. Don’t try to break, overload or gain unauthorized access to it.
Content. The text, images and design of this site belong to Wardlow or its licensors. Customer names and figures appear with permission. Figures describe results for those customers and aren’t a promise of results for yours.
Links. Links to other sites are for convenience. We aren’t responsible for their content.
No warranties. The site is provided as is. We work to keep it accurate and available, but can’t guarantee it always will be.
Liability. To the extent the law allows, Wardlow isn’t liable for indirect or consequential losses from using the site.
Changes. We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version.
Law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Questions: legal@getwardlow.com.
Cookie Notice
